TSDA B/D MEETING, BIG LAKE, TX. NOV. 20, 2004 

Directors present:  Ron Burkey, Chris Thomson, Susan Carpenter, Rick Strohl, Emil Luedecke, Eleno Montemayor, Richard Belvin, Kay Stephens.
Directors not on present:  Carl Larson
Officers present:  Richard Belvin, Susan Carpenter, Francis Raley 

Richard Belvin called meeting to order at 9:10 pm.
Richard congratulated and welcomed the directors Kay Stephens, Eleno Montemayor and Emil Luedecke.
Susan reported on the State Finals and explained that there were not enough volunteers for the finals.  She feels this needs to be worked on for next year.  It was agreed that the Sheep & Cattle Finals have gone off well. 
The next Directors meeting will be held Dec. 18, 2004 in Abilene.
