TSDA Board of Directors Meeting 11/19/2004 Big Lake, TX.

Directors present: Richard Belvin, Susan Carpenter, Ron Burkey, Wayne Elmore, Jimmy Walker, Chris Thompson, Red Oliver, Rick  Strohl.

Meeting call to order by Richard at 6:15 PM
After brief comments on how well the finals trial was going, Richard opened up the meeting for discussion. Susan Carpenter brought up the need for our TSDA Rules and Guidelines To address the issue of handlers running in both sheep and cattle trials, at different levels. Example: handler running open cattle, novice sheep.
After some discussion, Susan made a motion that a committee be formed to advise the future board on Cattle Dog rules, and that the committee consist of: Chairman Jimmy walker, members Chris Thompson, Red Oliver and Wayne Elmore.
Motion seconded by Jimmy and passed unanimously.
Motion to adjourn by Jimmy and second by Wayne.
